Mit der fünftgrössten Weinanbaufläche der Welt liegt die Türkei bezogen auf die gesamte Weinproduktion nur auf Platz 33. Dieses riesige (aber ungenutzte) Potenzial erfährt heute mehr Aufmerksamkeit, und wir möchten euch einen Einblick in die türkische Weinszene geben, “solange sie noch kühl ist”. Wir werden Weine aus einem breiten geografischen Spektrum von Kappadokien bis Thrakien und der Osttürkei verkosten und die Zukunft der türkischen Weinproduktion unter den Gesichtspunkten von Terroir, Rebsorten und Weinbereitungstechniken diskutieren.
Diese Veranstaltung wird in Zusammenarbeit mit Turquia 1912, der türkischen Studentenvereinigung in der Schweiz, organisiert und findet im KOL-K statt. Melde dich an und lerne über diese spannende Weinwelt 🙂

Boasting the world’s fifth-largest area under vine, Turkey is only 33rd in total wine production. This immense (but unused) potential is nowadays receiving increased attention, and we would like to provide you with a view of the Turkish wine scene “while it is cool”. We will taste wines produced in a wide geographical range, from Cappadocia to Thrace and eastern Turkey, and discuss the future of Turkish wine production from the perspectives of terroirs, grapes, and vinification techniques.
