Champagner, Prosecco, Sekt oder Cava – Was sind genau die Unterschiede?
Der Begriff Schaumwein steht für alle Weine, welche einen Kohlenstoffdioxidgehalt von mindestens 3 bar atmosphärischen Druck bei 20°C aufweisen. Doch wie kommt denn nun die Kohlensäure in den Wein rein? Was sind jetzt genau die Unterschiede zwischen Champagner und Prosecco? Diese und noch viele weitere Fragen werden bei unserem Schaumwein Tasting bei Landolt Weine beantwortet. Also komm auch du vorbei und stoss mit uns auf das Ende des Semesters an.
Zusammen mit Landolt Weine wurde ein Sicherheitskonzept ausgearbeitet, um das Degustieren in Zeiten von Corona auch sicher zu gestalten. Um genügend Abstand zu halten, findet der gleiche Event auch am Mittwoch dem 9. Juni statt. Sollte ihr euch nicht gut fühlen, bleibt lieber zu Hause und informiert uns über euer Absage wie immer mit einer Email. Bei zu wenigen Anmeldungen, müssen wird leider den Event absagen.

Champagne, Prosecco, Cava or sparkling wine – What exactly are the differences?
The term sparkling wine includes all wines with a carbon dioxide content of at least 3 bar atmospheric pressure at 20°C. But how does the carbon dioxide get into the wine? What exactly are the differences between Prosecco and Champagne? These and many more questions will be answered at our sparkling wine tasting at Landolt Weine. So come by and toast with us to the end of the semester.
There are many terms in the wine world. Not infrequently, they contribute more to confusion than to really help wine lovers. What does the “new world” mean? The term “new World” stands not only for wines from overseas, but also for a fruity, full-bodied and alcohol-rich style. Learn more about this at our tasting.
A safety concept was developed together with Landolt Weine to make tastings safe in times of Corona. To keep enough distance, the same event will take place on Wednesday 9th of June. If you do not feel well, please stay at home and inform us about your cancellation as always with an email. If there are too few registrations, the event will be cancelled.
