Lasst uns gemeinsam Piemont Weine entdecken! Das im Nordwesten Italiens gelegene Piemont gilt als eine der besten Weinregionen Italiens. Wenn man an Piemont denkt, fallen einem sofort Barolo und Barbaresco ein, die für ihre auf Nebbiolo basierenden Weine berühmt sind. Tatsächlich machen sie aber nur etwa 3 % der piemontesischen Produktion aus. Es gibt also noch viel mehr zu entdecken! Das Piemont liegt in den Ausläufern der Alpen und ist umgeben von den Grenzen zu Frankreich und der Schweiz, im Nordwesten vom Aostatal, im Osten von der Provinz Lombardei und der Region Ligurien, die seine südliche Grenze entlang des Apennins bildet. Die ausgedehnten Gebirgslandschaften tragen dazu bei, dass die Nebbiolo-Traube in diesem Gebiet besonders gut reifen kann. Mariyam und Luis von Rare Wine haben ein ausgewähltes Sortiment an italienischen Weinen in ihrem Shop. Sie sind derzeit auch im Piemont unterwegs, um neue Schätze auszuwählen. Wir haben nun auch die Gelegenheit, diese Weine, darunter Schaumwein, Weiß- und Rotweine, etwas besser kennenzulernen – wir freuen uns!
An dem Tasting kann man nur mit einem gültigen Covid-Zertifikat teilgenommen werden. Dies werden wir vor dem Einlass überprüfen.

Let’s discover Piedmont wines together! Located in the northwestern part of Italy Piedmont is considered as one of the top wine regions of Italy. When thinking of Piedmont, one would immediately think of Barolo and Barbaresco, which are famous for their Nebbiolo-based wines. But actually they only account for approx. 3% of Piedmont’s production. So, there is definitely quite more to discover! Located in the foothills of the alps, Piedmonte is surrounded by the borders to France and Switzerland, northwest the Valle d’Aosta, east the province of Lombardy and Liguria region forming it’s southern border along the Apennines. The vast mountain terrain is contributing to the area’s noted fog cover which supports the ripening of the Nebbiolo grape. Mariyam and Luis from Rare Wine have a selected range of Piedmont wines in their Shop. They are also currently in Piedmont selecting new goodies. We now also get the chance to get to know these wines, including sparkling wine, white and reds a bit better – Looking forward to seeing you there!
