Das Tasting über Biodynamischen Weine werden von Marc Almert, dem Chef-Sommelier des Baur au Lacs und Steffan Kunkel, dem Geschäftsführer der Baur au Lac Vins Filiale im ShopVille- HB begleitet. Marc Almert ist nicht nur der Chef-Sommelier des Baur au Lacs und von Baur au Lac Vins, sondern trägt auch den Titel ASI Best Sommelier of the World ‘19. Beim Tasting haben wir die Chance 8 Weine kennen zu lerne und jeweils zwei Weine im direkten Vergleich zueinander zu probieren.

We’re happy to announce a tasting in cooperation with our long-standing sponsor partner Baur au Lac. At the tasting about biodynamic wines, we will be accompanied by Marc Almert, Baur au Lac’s chef-sommelier and Steffan Kunkel, the Manager of the Baur au Lac Vine’s shop at ShopVille-HB. However, Marc Almert is not only the chef-sommelier of Baur au Lac and Baur au Lac Vins but also the winner of ASI Best Sommelier of the World ‘19. At the tasting, we have the chance to get to know 8 different wines and taste two wines in direct comparison to each other.
