I’ll admit it, I – Karia – only had lambrusco once in my life. I was in a great bar with fun people and I thought I’d try a new type of wine that I never had before. Did I like it? I was convinced that bubbles don’t belong in red wine and that lambrusco should be forbidden from now on.
Lambrusco however has never left my mind since this fateful evening and I’m determined to give this type of wine a try once again. I’m sure that this time around (and with a much more open mind than I had before) I will find a wine that I like and that you will too. Another reason to join the tasting is that Florian and Darryl, two loyal members of SWAZ, will tell us more about Lambrusco, what makes it special and why it should have a special place in everybody’s heart.
